		<description>Your exactly right Jason.  I replied back to the guy that I liked the quote, and he responded that he forget to delete it from his signature.  He normally only uses it for internal emails.  Which still doesn't make him look very good to his management...</description>

The problem usually comes from mixing work and personal emails.  And from mixing intraoffice communication with communication with people outside the company.

I imagine most of the emails the guy sends are either to friends or to other people in the company.  At least in some companies, a signature like that is fine for intraoffice emails.  But then these people set it as their default signature and forget to remove or switch it when they send other emails.</description>
